Point -Team Liquid Gold
Started in 2001, and have been jumping ever since. I'm one of the founding memebers of Liquid Gold. I travel and skydive all over the world. Edmonton Skydive is my home DZ, and where I completed my first Skydive. I look forward to many good seasons at my Home Dropzone, and competing and training with my team.
To
me Skydiving is very much a social activity as it has become a way of life
over the last 11 years. It is a great place to meet people who truly enjoy
the freedom and joy of Life. My passion is in the Canopy relative work discipline
(CrW) There is nothing like formation flying with your team mates, dancing
on the cloud tops from 12,000’ for up to 10 minutes! I have traveled
from dropzones all over.

First Jump: 1994
Made my first jump in 1985 and began instructing
in 1992. With over 3000 students introduced to the sport this has become my
life's work. Worked and jumped in five countries across 3 continents, it never
gets old.
First jump Jan 21 1994 Corowa Australia. Just
passed the 5000th jump this year with a person doing their very first . They
asked me if I was bored ? Never, really enjoy sharing the experience that I
love so much! I have been to over 70 Drop zones around the World and enjoy
travelling to see the friends I have made all over the place !
Skydiving has become a
huge part of my life and bank statements.
I plan to be jumping for many years to come.
It has become a way to get through the work week,
its an exilerating experience that never leaves your thoughts.
There is so much to learn and experience
i hope to start coaching and filming in the near future
Skydiving is an awe inspiring, transformational
experience that I feel fortunate to be a part of. Although I wanted to jump
for years and years while young….I was too heavy. Suddenly a life change
came about and Chad was thin and airborne! One of my favorite experiences looking
back to date was nearly dragging Sean out of C-FALL on my second jump due to
my “fast, fast, exit “
I did my first jump with Edmonton SkyDive
Center in 2008. Ever since I have been able to look at life from a completely
different angle. I look forward to many more years in the sport.
Started jumping in New Brunswick in 1995.
Over the the past 15 years, skydiving has provided me with opportunity to jump
with and make many friends from all over the world. (I even met and married
the love of my life jumping!) Being able to share in the excitement exhibited
by first time jumpers and novices continues to make skydiving a true joy and
passion for me.
Started in 2006, I realize that this experience
can't be done just once. I wasn't good and/or didn't have the passion for ping-pong,
hockey and checkers, so I joined Liquid Gold. I'm looking forward for many
year in the sport. I hope I'll have as many chance to jump with anybody who's
got the same desired as me. Having Fun!!
Started jumping in 1989 at ESC. Skydiving
is the best sport in the world and gives you a whole new outlook on living
your life.
I came out to ESC to do one jump in 1999.
More than a decade later I'm still jumping.
Skydiving is so much more than just "jumping out of a plane" various
disciplines to learn, travel, meeting new friends, passing on what you have
learned, sharing good times. In 2008 I participated in the Canadian Record,
Largest Canopy Formation.
I started skydiving in 2005 because it was
something I always wanted to try. At the time I didn't realize that the sport
was so challenging and so fulfilling. I LOVE sharing the excitement of this
awesome sport with new skydivers. It doesn't get much better than this!
Started jumping in at Edmonton Skydive for
2 years, I jumped/worked at the biggest skydiving resort in the world, Skydive
Arizona for 5 years. While out in Arizona i worked in at the tunnel as a receptionist,
I have 30 hours of tunnel flying & have 3 gold medals for a tunnel competition,
FreeFly money meet and Alberta Provincials. Now I’am back at ESC jumping
and Coaching! ready to have the best summer Ever!!!!
started jumping in 2004 with the Australia
Army and 2006 found sporties. Loved it and ever since thought it was the best
sport and love the people in the sport!
Starting in the industry as a packer in 1998.
In 2000 did my first jump and have been clocking up the numbers ever since.
Done some awesome jumps both in Australia and overseas. "Just livin the
dream..."
I started skydiving in 2005 and had decided
even before I got in the airplane for my first jump that I would become a skydiver.
Since then I have gone on to become a professional instructor/coach, and a
national/international competitor in the dicipline of canopy piloting. I am
also the videographer for the "Liquid Gold" 4-way formation skydiving
team.
Started at Edmonton Skydive some 25 years
ago. I have over 6800 Skydives, and I'm currently the Chief Instructor. I teach
new skydivers how to get involved in canopy relative work (CRW), and also jump
with the Super Pup when she lets me.
Started in 2005 with the thought of doing
it only once. 3 years later I was a founding member of Liquid Gold Formation
Skydiving team. I love the sport for the fact that I have met so many great
people and travelled all over the US and western Canada.
“I’m not gonna write you a love
song”
Has been skydiving for decades. Retired as
a Strong Examiner in 2007, and now mostly skydives for fun. Un- like
most of us cold Albertan Gord lives in paradise and only visits a few times
a year! (but never the less he is always part of the team)
When I was young, I remember watching TV.
There was... I'm working on it. 36 people in a small farm house living room.
August weather, hangover, long
day. Sunset Static-line jump at 2,800'. Grass runway. me and 3 other petrified
individuals. one instructor. My first skydive and I bet I'm the only one still
skydiving. Come Live with us.
I started skydiving in 2009, did my first skydive attached
to my boyfriend and surrounded by friends. It's the most amazing experience
that everyone should try. Love the people and the sport, and working in Manifest!
